AuraHomeHub is an independent editorial website about homes, interior design, home improvement and lifestyle topics. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit AuraHomeHub, how it is used, and the choices you have. It reflects the site as it operates at launch.

Information we collect
Most visitors can read AuraHomeHub without providing personal information. Information is collected only in the following limited situations:
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to provide, so that we can read and respond to your message.
- Technical information needed to run the site. WordPress and the tools used to operate the site may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security, troubleshooting and to deliver pages correctly.
We do not ask visitors to create an account in order to read the site, and we do not collect payment information, because the site does not sell products or services directly.
What we do not collect
At launch, AuraHomeHub does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, does not display advertising, now operates a simple newsletter signup (name and email collected via WPForms, emailed to the site administrator, used only for site updates, never shared or sold, removal on request via the Contact page; no mailing provider, no automated campaign system, no double opt-in), and does not use affiliate links. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. If any of these are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before or at the time of the change, and the change will be described here.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain and secure the website.
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
- To understand, in general terms, which content readers find useful, using only the limited technical information needed to run the site.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
Tools and services used to run the site
AuraHomeHub is built with WordPress and uses the GeneratePress theme, Rank Math for search optimisation, LiteSpeed Cache for site performance, UpdraftPlus for backups, and WPForms for the contact form. The site’s hosting provider also processes data as necessary to host and deliver the website. These tools are used only for the purposes described in this policy. They do not turn AuraHomeHub into an advertising or analytics platform, and no additional tracking is added through them at launch.
Cookies
Only cookies needed for the site to function are used. These may include cookies that keep the site working correctly, remember basic display or site preferences, support caching and performance, and help the contact form work securely. No advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies are used at launch. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers, analytics providers or data brokers. Information is shared only where necessary to operate the site, for example with the hosting provider, or where required by law. If a service used to run the site changes in a way that affects sharing, this policy will be updated.
How long information is kept
Contact-form messages are kept only for as long as needed to respond to them and to deal with any follow-up. Technical logs and backups are kept only for as long as needed for security, maintenance and recovery, and are then deleted or overwritten in the normal course of operating the site.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to send a message through the contact form, and you can control cookies through your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to ask for a correction, or to ask for it to be deleted. To make such a request, please use the contact form on the Contact Us page and describe your request clearly. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Children
AuraHomeHub is a general-interest editorial site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, please let us know through that form so that it can be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the way the site operates changes, for example if analytics, advertising, a newsletter or affiliate links are introduced. The updated version will be published on this page, with the last-updated date changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.

Newsletter signup. The newsletter signup form on the home page collects only the name and email address a visitor enters. Submissions are emailed to the site administrator using WPForms. In WPForms Lite, submissions are not stored as entries in the dashboard, so the email to the administrator is the record of the signup. The information is used only to send site updates, is never shared or sold, and there is no mailing provider, automated campaign system, or double opt-in. A subscriber can ask to be removed at any time via the Contact page.
